How do I place customised order?

All you need to do is to upload the picture @website, pick a size, and voila. Our elves would set to work immediately to bring your idea to life.We would be sending one soft copy for approval of the customer (For Nameplates & Hexagon wooden print), before final printing of the product.

How can I find out the status of an order placed online?

All accepted orders are dispatched as soon as possible. You will receive an email from us once your order has been dispatched. 
Alternatively, you can call +91-8448445228 six days a week, 10:30 am to 7.00 pm to check your order status.

How do I place a wholesale / corporate order?

Where do we ship Orders?

We ship all across India. The pricing mentioned in website, are all inclusive of delivery. For Delivery outside India, please whatsapp us / call us @ +91-8448445228 and we will get back to you with exact shipping charges.

Do you do international deliveries?

If Mr. Musk colonises Mars in the near future, we’ll deliver there too! For queries about charges and delivery times (local, domestic, international and intergalactic) don’t hesitate to ping us on any of the above platforms.

What if I need to modify my order?

We at ChitraChaya believe in fast paced production and delivery.

Modifications and improvements of all customised orders are always welcome only till the product goes into production.

What if I need to change my shipping address?

Shipping address can only be changed before dispatch. so please reach out to us as soon as possible and we will help you incase the product is not shipped.

My Payment is deducted but I haven't received any confirmation email ?

You should wait at least 24 hours to receive payment confirmation email. Alternatively, you can visit the My Orders page to check the status of your transaction.

In case, you don’t receive the payment confirmation email after 24 hours, you can reach us on help@chitrachaya.com and we would be happy to help you.

I want to send it as a present. Can you gift wrap it?

Most certainly we can. We are all for spreading the love! Just reach out us via ail-help@chitrachaya.com or on our what’s-app number +91-8448445228 as soon as you place the order.

Does the wood prints comes with a stand?

All, 5”x7” , 6”x6”, 8”x10” wooden prints will include a desktop stand.

How do I take care of a Wood print?

These Wood prints are easy to care for! Use a damp rag and simply wipe them off!

I want to return it ASAP. How do I do it?
  1. In case, anyone wants to return the products- please contact via our email-help@chitrachaya.com and we will process your return order, only for Non-Customized products (within 7 working days after the order has been delivered) 
  2. For Customized products, return / refund will only be accepted in case of damage of the product (within 7 working days after the order has been delivered)
